Terms of Service

Boostad is a web tool that helps advertisers and marketing teams create advertising campaigns in their own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Snapchat ad accounts by reusing an existing campaign as a template, upload ad creatives from their computer, Google Drive or Dropbox, view performance statistics of their campaigns, and manage the Facebook Pages they administer.

Access to Boostad requires a registration that we approve. We may add, change or remove features at any time, including when the platforms Boostad works with change their APIs, limits or policies.

• –You must be at least 18 years old and use Boostad for professional or business purposes.
• –You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• –You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

To use Boostad you connect accounts on third-party platforms — Meta, Snapchat, Google and Dropbox. By connecting them you confirm that:

• –You own the connected ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts and files, or are authorized by their owner to manage them.
• –Your use of each platform through Boostad remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including its advertising policies. Boostad acts on your instructions and does not change those rules.

The platform terms include the Meta Terms of Service, Meta Advertising Standards, Snap Terms of Service, Snap Advertising Policies, Google Terms of Service and Dropbox Terms of Service.

Boostad is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Snap, Google or Dropbox.

• –You keep all rights to the creatives, ad texts, links and other content you use in Boostad. You grant us a limited permission to process that content only to provide Boostad to you — for example, to upload it to the platform and ad account you choose.
• –You are responsible for your content and your campaigns, including their legality and compliance with the platforms’ advertising policies.
• –Campaigns, ads and posts are created in your own ad accounts and Pages. Advertising spend is billed to you directly by the platforms; Boostad does not process advertising payments.
• –Review your campaigns in the platform’s ads manager before activating them. Boostad creates objects with the settings and statuses you choose.

You agree not to:

• –Use Boostad in violation of any law or any platform’s terms or policies.
• –Access or manage ad accounts, Pages or files without authorization.
• –Use Boostad to collect personal data about other people or to build profiles, segments or audiences from data obtained through Boostad.
• –Interfere with or disrupt Boostad, bypass its limits or security measures, or access it by automated means other than those we provide.
• –Copy, reverse engineer or resell Boostad, or share your access with others, except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Boostad is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will tell you in advance, and paid features will be offered under additional terms that you accept before paying. Advertising costs are always charged by the advertising platforms, not by us.

How we collect, use and protect your information, and how you can have it deleted, is described in our Privacy Policy.

• –You may stop using Boostad at any time and ask us to delete your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• –We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a risk for Boostad, its users or the platforms, if a platform requires it, or if we discontinue Boostad. Where reasonable, we will notify you in advance.
• –When your account is closed, your access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Campaigns and ads already created in your ad accounts are not affected.

Boostad is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that the platforms will accept, approve or deliver your ads, or any particular advertising results. Features depend on third-party platforms, which may change or limit their APIs at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or advertising spend, arising from your use of Boostad. Our total liability for any claim relating to Boostad is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Boostad in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your campaigns or your breach of these Terms or of the platforms’ terms and policies.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we may also notify you in the app or by email. By continuing to use Boostad after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes relating to these Terms or to Boostad will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
